Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on all electrical infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Install new electrical systems, including wiring, distribution panels, circuit breakers, and related equipment, following approved schematics.
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of installed or repaired systems to verify safety standards, voltage stability, and performance efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of junior electricians or subcontractors during large‑scale installations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using multimeters, insulation testers, and power quality analyzers.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports documenting work performed, materials used, and any recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and safety equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs and suggest process enhancements to increase system reliability.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including lock‑out/tag‑out procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and emergency response plans.
- Collaborate with the engineering and facilities teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and energy‑saving projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance or installation.
- Proficient in analyzing electrical disturbances, load calculations, and using measurement tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Commitment to safety standards and a willingness to undergo regular safety training.
- Flexibility to work two shifts (10:00 – 02:00) and overtime as required, including weekends.
