Introduction

The role combines order picking and packing responsibilities, ensuring that every customer order is processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Order Monitoring (Picker)
- Continuously monitor the incoming order queue via the warehouse management system (WMS) to identify new pick tasks.
- Print and verify inventory (INV) order sheets, ensuring that each document matches the system data.
- Locate and retrieve items from designated storage locations, adhering to FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) principles and safety guidelines.
- Cross‑check picked quantities against the INV order sheet to prevent mismatches.
- Quality Packing (Packer)
- Scan each item’s barcode using handheld scanners to confirm correct SKU and quantity.
- Package products according to company standards—using appropriate cushioning, labeling, and sealing methods to protect goods during transit.
- Generate and attach shipping labels, ensuring that barcodes are legible and that all required documentation is included.
- Initiate driver dispatch through the WMS, either automatically or by manually “pushing” the order to the assigned driver.
- Load packed parcels into the driver’s tote, verify the load count, and hand over the tote to the driver for final delivery.
- Operational Support
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, regularly performing cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Participate in daily briefings to stay informed about performance targets, special promotions, and process updates.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates or career changers are welcome.
- Key Skills:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions with high accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanners and WMS interfaces.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 20 kg, and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with drivers and teammates.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Work Schedule: Full‑time, 08:00 – 17:00, with shift details communicated during onboarding.
