Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality hair consultations, assessing client needs, recommending suitable treatments, and creating customized styling plans.
- Perform a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, blow‑drying, and specialized treatments such as keratin smoothing and deep conditioning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques to offer innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with fellow stylists, spa therapists, and front‑desk staff to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient scheduling.
- Document client preferences and service history accurately in the salon management system.
- Promote salon products and retail items, providing education on proper usage and benefits to increase sales.
- Handle client feedback professionally, resolving concerns promptly and maintaining the salon’s reputation for excellence.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to continuously improve technical and interpersonal skills.
- Adhere to the salon’s policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and overall workplace conduct.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in a professional salon or spa setting; prior experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in hair consultation, cutting, coloring, and treatment techniques.
- Excellent personal presentation: tidy appearance, well‑groomed, and disciplined work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills – friendly, courteous, and communicative with clients and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
