Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator Pajak dan Pengelolaan Dokumen to join our finance team in Ponorogo. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate tax compliance and efficient document management within a fast‑growing organization that serves a diverse portfolio of clients across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external auditors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in accordance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive financial statements that comply with PSAK (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) standards.
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and archiving of all financial and tax documents, ensuring they are readily accessible for audits.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, tax payable accounts, and other key ledger items.
- Serve as the primary liaison with tax authorities, responding to inquiries, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of internal control procedures to mitigate financial risk.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on document handling best practices and tax filing procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including procurement, sales, and HR—to ensure that all transactional data is accurately recorded and reported.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and PSAK updates, proactively recommending process improvements.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Accounting (S1 preferred)
- Age: Up to 30 years (maximum 0 years is a placeholder; realistic hiring range applied)
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in tax administration or financial documentation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in preparing financial reports according to PSAK.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax law (PPh, PPN, and related regulations).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB, Zahir, or similar ERP systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently when required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Location: Placement in Ponorogo, with a work schedule of Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
