As a Promotor Penjualan Produk Konsumen, you will become a key liaison between our technical team and potential clients, earning recurring commissions for every active subscription you secure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients such as hotels, corporate offices, real‑estate showrooms, and high‑end residential properties that could benefit from automated ambient fragrance solutions.
- Leverage existing networks—especially in the BSD, Gading Serpong, Alam Sutera, Bintaro, Pondok Indah, Sudirman, Kuningan, and Kemang areas—to generate qualified leads.
- Present La Bonte Paris’s value proposition, schedule product demonstrations, and coordinate seamless hand‑offs to the installation and maintenance team.
- Maintain a pipeline of active accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and continued subscription renewal.
- Provide feedback to the marketing department on market trends, client preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and report weekly performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably in property, interior design, leasing, insurance, or banking sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with C‑level decision makers.
- Demonstrated network of contacts within Jakarta and Tangerang commercial and residential markets.
- Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management; no fixed working hours or sales quotas.
- Basic understanding of HVAC or scent‑diffusion technology is a plus, but not mandatory.
