We are seeking a dedicated Montir Kendaraan Bermotor Profesional to join our dynamic service team in the Purwokerto, Banyumas, and Purbalingga areas. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of customer‑reported vehicle issues, listening carefully to driver symptoms and documenting findings.
- Utilize OBD‑II scanners and computer‑based diagnostic systems to pinpoint the root cause of mechanical and electronic malfunctions.
- Perform accurate fault isolation, including engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Execute repairs ranging from minor adjustments (e.g., brake pad replacement, oil changes) to major overhauls such as engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and chassis reinforcement.
- Optimize engine performance by calibrating fuel injection, ignition timing, and emission controls to meet manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are calibrated and stored safely.
- Collaborate with parts suppliers to order genuine components, track inventory, and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Provide clear, professional explanations of repairs and recommended preventive maintenance to customers.
- Document all service activities in the workshop management system, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with emerging automotive technologies, hybrid/electric vehicle systems, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a mechanic or automotive technician.
- Proficiency in operating vehicle scan tools and computer‑based diagnostic software.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to provide a security deposit of academic certificates and vehicle registration documents (BPKB) for the duration of the employment contract.
- Residency in Purwokerto, Banyumas, or Purbalingga preferred.
