Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Canvassing Sales Representative for our fast‑growing fragrance and cosmetics division. The role focuses on expanding our market presence by visiting retail outlets, small‑medium enterprises (UMKM), and prospective customers across the region. Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily canvassing tours to retail stores, boutiques, UMKM outlets, and potential clients, presenting our perfume portfolio and gathering market intelligence.
  • Demonstrate product features, provide fragrance samples, and recommend suitable scents based on customer preferences and buying patterns.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners and purchasing managers to encourage repeat orders and brand loyalty.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional deals, and close sales in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to the sales manager on a regular basis.
  • Monitor competitor activities, emerging trends, and regional market shifts to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sample distribution, and order confirmations using the company’s CRM and sales applications.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions, product launches, and promotional events to stay updated on new fragrance lines.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 37 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or related consumer‑goods sector.
  • Transportation: Ownership of a motorbike and a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) for efficient field coverage.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Effective negotiation and closing techniques.
    • Customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building expertise.
    • Basic administration of sales data and proficiency with sales applications.
  • Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, goal‑focused, adaptable to changing market conditions, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
