Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading multi‑finance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team in Sintang, Kalimantan as an Officer Remedial (Collection). This role plays a critical part in maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The successful candidate will work closely with credit officers, legal teams, and customers to resolve delinquent accounts while upholding Adira’s standards of integrity and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all activities are completed within the prescribed timelines.
  • Monitor A/R aging reports daily, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection actions accordingly.
  • Conduct outbound calls, send written reminders, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with defaulters to negotiate repayment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, documenting agreements, payment schedules, and any disputes.
  • Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to review customer credit histories and propose appropriate remediation strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting collection rates, recovered amounts, and any emerging trends.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and consumer protection laws throughout the collection process.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on negotiation techniques, legal procedures, and updates to the multi‑finance business model.
  • Provide feedback to product development and risk management teams regarding recurring issues that affect repayment behavior.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and coordinate with external law firms when accounts need to be escalated to litigation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; graduates from reputable institutions are welcome.
  • Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial services role; fresh graduates with strong academic performance may also be considered.
  • Demonstrated understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a strong target‑orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers.
  • High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office in Sintang, Kalimantan, in accordance with the candidate’s domicile.
