Introduction
GraPARI Kuta is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting Telkomsel’s extensive subscriber base. This role is based in Kuta and offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information, assistance, or resolution of service issues. Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, process requests, and handle complaints related to Telkomsel’s mobile and data services for all customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues through the designated ticketing system (Cookies) or other approved channels to the appropriate functional teams.
- Support Service Operations by monitoring service levels, documenting incidents, and ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Identify and log customer or prospect objectives and issues using Telkomsel‑approved applications, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to proactively suggest solutions and upsell relevant services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including technical support, billing, and sales—to achieve seamless issue resolution.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with Telnet’s latest service offerings and industry trends.
- Adhere to the agreed service hours (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00) and meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer‑service orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems, CRM tools, and basic office software.
