Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new wholesale and retail customers for building‑material and home‑appliance product lines.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, providing after‑sales support and addressing any service issues.
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans aligned with company revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for senior management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging market opportunities in the Palangkaraya region.
- Participate in trade shows, product exhibitions, and regional sales meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Travel regularly within and outside Palangkaraya to meet clients, conduct site visits, and support regional sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA).
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience; 3 years preferred, especially in retail building‑materials or home‑appliances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong persuasive selling style.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self‑motivated.
- Target‑oriented mindset with high energy, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and willingness to use personal transportation for client visits.
- Current residence in Palangkaraya or willingness to relocate to the city.
- Flexibility to travel outside the city as required for business development activities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
