We are seeking a motivated Operator Produksi Pengoperasian Mesin Pengawasan Kualitas to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate production machinery, monitor product quality, and ensure that daily output meets both safety and performance standards. Responsibilities
As a Production Machine Operator with a focus on quality supervision, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that keep our production line running smoothly:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate assigned production machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor real‑time production metrics, including speed, temperature, and pressure, to detect any deviations.
- Conduct visual and instrumental inspections of finished goods to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Document production data, quality findings, and any equipment malfunctions in the daily log.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to perform routine sampling and testing.
- Report non‑conformities promptly and initiate corrective actions in coordination with supervisors.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor adjustments to prevent downtime.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in shift hand‑overs, providing clear updates on production status, pending issues, and upcoming tasks.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Maximum 32 years.
- Gender: Male.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK/Sederajat; preferably SMK/STM.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience operating production machinery or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Health & Safety: Fully vaccinated with two doses of COVID‑19 vaccine.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and teamwork orientation.
- Documentation Required:
- Recent SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Copy of KTP (Identity Card).
- Copy of latest diploma or certificate.
- Health certificate from a recognized medical facility.
- Copy of work experience letter, if available.
