Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in the South Jakarta‑Bekasi region (Jabodetabek Selatan). This position is a key frontline role that bridges our financial products with both existing and prospective customers across a broad distribution network. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships, and ensuring smooth credit application processes while upholding the high service standards that define Adira Finance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of consumer financing products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and participation in local events or trade shows.
- Obtain orders from channel distribution partners, collect initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification of identity, creditworthiness, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and submit complete credit applications, ensuring all required forms, contracts, and collateral details are accurate and compliant with internal policies.
- Monitor the status of each credit application, track progress through underwriting, and communicate decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Explain repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms to customers, providing clear guidance on how to avoid penalties.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, logging every customer interaction, follow‑up activity, and sales pipeline stage.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback, suggest product enhancements, and develop targeted promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices and company compliance standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or financial product distribution; experience in the automotive financing sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with diverse customer groups.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Possession of a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for travel across the Jabodetabek‑Serang region.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, basic computer applications, and familiarity with credit assessment processes.
