Introduction

Adira Finance is a leading consumer finance provider operating across the Greater Jakarta area, including the entire Jabodetabek‑Serang region. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in Bogor and help us strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00–16:00) and provides a platform for ambitious professionals to develop a robust sales career within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of credit and leasing products to existing customers and prospect new clients through outbound calls, visits, and digital channels.
  • Generate sales orders from distribution channels, collect initial customer data, and ensure accurate completion of credit application paperwork.
  • Verify customer documentation, conduct preliminary credit assessments, and submit applications to the credit department for approval.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, provide timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicate final credit decisions clearly and professionally.
  • Inform customers of repayment schedules, payment locations, and any additional information required to maintain a smooth loan servicing experience.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, prepare regular reports on market activity, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional financial products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector; experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid SIM A/C (active).
  • Strong sales‑orientation, ability to meet and exceed targets, and proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work in the Bogor area and travel across the Jabodetabek‑Serang region as needed.
