Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Officer Marketing and Verification (MVO) to join our dynamic team on the island of Bangka. This role is pivotal in driving our market presence, cultivating strong relationships with dealers and customers, and ensuring the suitability of prospective clients for our multi‑product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, target‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and possesses excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and end‑customers, to enhance brand loyalty and market penetration.
  • Present, promote, and sell a diverse range of products, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses and feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and potential of prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and product development teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post‑sale support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to senior management with clear metrics and insights.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular presentations and product demonstrations to dealers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and verification reports using the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in regional marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to raise brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards during the verification process.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 28 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 from any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Preferably 0‑2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong passion for goal‑driven work and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Dynamic, energetic personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Own a motorbike and hold a valid Indonesian SIM C license for local travel and client visits.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail when conducting customer feasibility studies.
