Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and timely reporting.
- Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
- Process reimbursement requests, verify supporting documents, and coordinate with finance for prompt payment.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as correspondence, document filing, and data entry.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports, highlighting key performance indicators and financial summaries.
- Develop presentation materials and data visualizations for internal meetings and client briefings.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Assist in coordinating office logistics, including scheduling, meeting room arrangements, and supply management.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering clear and courteous communication.
- Support special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as directed by senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field (S1).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint (design and storytelling), and Word.
- Familiarity with standard office correspondence processes, including drafting letters, emails, and official memos.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player, showing reliability, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work on‑site (WFO) during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
