Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary visual inspections of incoming vehicles to identify cosmetic and mechanical issues.
- Assist senior technicians in disassembly and reassembly of interior and exterior components.
- Document inspection findings accurately using company software and hand‑written reports.
- Prepare work areas by gathering tools, parts, and safety equipment before each job.
- Perform basic cleaning, polishing, and surface preparation tasks under supervision.
- Support quality control checks by verifying that repaired items meet company standards before vehicles are returned to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through on‑the‑job training and company‑provided courses.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Requirements
