Responsibilities

- Monitor and control inventory of kitchen supplies, beverages, and spices, ensuring timely restocking and proper rotation.
- Support quality control by checking the consistency, taste, and presentation of dishes before service.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and coffee machines safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and organize workstations for each shift, including setting up utensils, plates, and condiments.
- Assist in minor maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment, checking for wear, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
