We are seeking a dynamic Penulis Konten Kreatif (Copywriter) to join our fast‑growing marketing team in Surabaya. This role is perfect for a talented writer who thrives on creating compelling, SEO‑optimized content that engages audiences across multiple digital platforms. As a key member of our creative department, you will collaborate closely with designers, SEO specialists, and social media managers to craft messages that drive brand awareness and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality, original articles, blog posts, and website copy that align with SEO best practices and target keyword strategies.
- Produce engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, tailoring tone and style to each audience.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content direction.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual elements complement written copy and enhance storytelling.
- Proofread and edit drafts for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio showcasing a diverse range of copywriting projects, including SEO articles, ad copy, and social media campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitch creative concepts, and contribute to the overall content strategy.
- Adhere to project timelines, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) with a strong command of written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably with a focus on SEO article creation.
- Demonstrated ability to craft persuasive, narrative‑driven copy that captures reader interest.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and algorithm updates.
- Experience writing for various social media channels and adapting tone to different brand voices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and deadline management.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory, showcasing a range of writing samples.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be no older than 30 years.
