Introduction
The Mitra Program Penawaran Denda position in Sibuhuan is a frontline role that focuses on offering payment solutions and settlement options to customers who have outstanding fines that are ready for clearance. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health of our organization and ensuring a positive experience for our clients as they resolve their obligations. Candidates will work primarily in the field, engaging directly with customers, building trust, and driving collection targets in a dynamic, results‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with customers who have cleared their primary obligations but still hold outstanding penalties, presenting clear and attractive settlement options.
- Conduct on‑site visits across Sibuhuan and surrounding districts using a personal motorcycle, ensuring timely follow‑up and personal interaction.
- Negotiate payment plans or lump‑sum discounts in line with company policies, always aiming to meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, agreements, and payment confirmations in the central CRM system.
- Coordinate with the finance and legal departments to verify the validity of fines, update account statuses, and process refunds or receipts.
- Provide customers with education on the consequences of unpaid penalties and the benefits of prompt settlement, reinforcing a culture of compliance.
- Identify patterns or recurring issues in payment resistance and report insights to management for process improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation during all field activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no maximum age limit.
- Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and an active SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong personal integrity, high ethical standards, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey complex payment terms in simple language.
- Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Physical stamina for frequent travel and field work, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Prior experience in debt collection, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
