Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive 2‑month training curriculum that combines classroom learning with on‑the‑job experience at a PT Sukun branch.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, setting daily and weekly activity targets to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for regional managers.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and promotional execution.
- Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans, including route optimization and customer segmentation.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven team culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards during all sales activities.
- Travel to various branch locations as needed, adapting quickly to new market environments.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience; preferably 2 years as a sales supervisor in the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and to inspire others toward common goals.
- Analytical mindset with solid planning and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
