Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Staf Penjualan Promo (SPG/SPB) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical for driving brand visibility, engaging customers, and boosting sales during promotional events across our retail network. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in promotional sales.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at in‑store promotions, trade shows, and pop‑up events, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Engage shoppers by demonstrating product features, answering questions, and providing tailored recommendations that align with customer needs.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing promotional display, restocking merchandise as needed and ensuring all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Track daily sales figures, collect customer feedback, and report performance metrics to the sales manager.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and inventory software accurately, handling cash transactions and processing receipts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaign strategies and suggest improvements based on on‑ground observations.
- Adhere to scheduled work shifts, including weekends, and remain flexible to cover high‑traffic periods.
- Uphold company policies on hygiene, dress code, and professional conduct while presenting a tidy, attractive appearance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA) or equivalent.
- Age: Candidates up to 35 years old are preferred to ensure energetic fieldwork.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales promotion, retail, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate a computer, handle POS systems, and navigate basic inventory management software.
- Personal Qualities: Polished appearance, friendly and courteous attitude, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick decision‑making, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams.
- Availability: Willingness to work a shift schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend or evening events.
