Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Supir Truk (SIM B2 Umum) to join our logistics team on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely between our hub warehouses, maintaining the vehicle in top condition, and ensuring timely deliveries across the Jabodetabek region as well as inter‑city routes. This role operates on a night shift schedule, offering competitive daily wages and meal allowances. Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial truck with a valid SIM B2 Umum license to deliver packages and cargo from one hub warehouse to another.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes, taking into account traffic conditions, road restrictions, and delivery windows.
- Perform pre‑trip inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, and lighting systems to ensure vehicle safety.
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the cabin, washing the truck, and reporting any mechanical issues to the fleet supervisor.
- Load and unload goods carefully, securing loads to prevent shifting during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel receipts, and mileage records in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding any delays, route changes, or incidents on the road.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety standards, and COVID‑19 health protocols while on the job.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as per current operational policy.
- At least 1 year of professional truck driving experience with a clean driving record.
- Valid SIM B2 Umum license.
- Ability to work night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta‑Bogor‑Depok‑Tangerang‑Bekasi (Jabodetabek) and surrounding inter‑city routes.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for assisting with vehicle upkeep.
- Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude toward team members and customers.
Benefits
- Daily wage of Rp 170,000 plus a meal allowance of Rp 40,000 for routes within the Jabodetabek area.
- Daily wage of Rp 150,000 plus a meal allowance of Rp 60,000 for inter‑city routes outside Jabodetabek.
- If total working days in a month are less than 20, the above rates apply; exceeding 20 days converts the position to a contractual status with a base salary aligned to the UMK Tangerang 2026 standards.
