Introduction

We are a fast‑growing company specializing in the distribution of digital products, with a focus on server‑based prepaid credit (pulsa) services. To support our expanding customer base and enhance our online presence, we are seeking motivated individuals for a hybrid role that combines Customer Service, Digital Marketing, and Production Operations. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with customers, execute marketing campaigns, and assist in the day‑to‑day operational flow of our digital distribution platform.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email; resolve issues related to account activation, balance inquiries, and transaction errors; maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and timely support.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist the marketing team in creating and scheduling social‑media posts, email newsletters, and promotional banners; monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; conduct basic keyword research and assist in SEO optimisation.
  • Operator Production: Oversee the daily processing of digital product uploads, ensure accurate data entry, and verify that server‑pulsa codes are correctly loaded into the system; perform routine quality checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, finance, logistics) to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, marketing activities, and production logs in the company’s CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Participate in shift rotations (morning, afternoon, night) to guarantee 24‑hour coverage, adhering to the established schedule and break policies.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed guidance to customers and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Male candidates, maximum age 25 years.
  • Residency in South Tangerang with a maximum 20‑minute commute by personal vehicle.
  • Single (unmarried) status.
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
  • Proficient computer skills; able to type at least 50 words per minute using a ten‑finger method.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and accept weekly days off based on shift scheduling.
  • Strong communication abilities, analytical mindset, and adaptability to rapid changes in a digital environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts, trend analysis, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Team‑oriented attitude with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Starting basic salary of IDR 2,500,000, with a semi‑annual increase of IDR 500,000 after the first six months.
