Responsibilities
- Assistant Sales Manager (B2B & Offline) – Support the development and execution of sales strategies targeting corporate clients and offline channels, prepare sales forecasts, and assist the sales team in achieving quarterly targets.
- Assistant Legal Manager – Help the legal department draft, review, and manage contracts, monitor compliance with local regulations, and maintain organized legal documentation.
- Assistant Villa Manager – Coordinate daily villa operations, supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle guest inquiries or special requests.
- Assistant Real Estate Sales – Assist the property sales team with client follow‑ups, prepare sales proposals, manage CRM entries, and support the closing process for villa and resort property transactions.
- Restaurant Manager – Oversee restaurant operations, manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, control inventory and cost, and ensure service standards exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports for senior management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
- Utilize relevant software tools (e.g., CRM systems, property management software, Microsoft Office Suite) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by communicating effectively, mentoring junior staff, and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a field related to the specific role (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Hospitality Management, Real Estate).
- Age: Flexible, based on the needs of each position.

- Relevant experience: Prior experience in management, sales, legal, or hospitality is preferred, though fresh graduates may be considered for certain roles.
