Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.

- Maintain accurate customer data, monitor sales metrics, and generate reports for senior management.

- Ensure optimal stock levels, coordinate with the logistics team, and conduct regular quality checks on merchandise.
- Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards, conducting routine inspections and coordinating with maintenance staff as needed.
- Analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and make data‑driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Participate in regional meetings, sharing best practices and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a store leadership or supervisory role within retail.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends (Tuesday‑Sunday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and non‑cash transaction processing.
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management, sales forecasting, and decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of handling diverse customer needs.
