The successful candidate will produce compelling short‑form video content, manage editorial calendars, and act as a liaison between the brand and its audience while enjoying a flexible hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce two daily short‑form videos (Reels or TikTok) covering themes such as menu activities, studio life, and customer creations, ensuring content mirrors across Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and maintain a structured content schedule for feeds and stories, planning up to one month in advance to align with marketing campaigns.
- Participate in studio shoots at least four times per week, coordinating lighting, props, and talent to capture high‑quality visuals.
- Document special events, workshops, and exhibitions, turning live moments into shareable digital assets.
- Oversee the entire editing workflow, from raw footage to polished final product, using tools such as CapCut Pro, Canva, and basic video editors.
- Publish content according to the editorial timeline, ensuring captions, hashtags, and tagging follow brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to guarantee that every piece of content reflects the brand’s voice and campaign objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics, report on engagement trends, and suggest iterative improvements to boost reach and interaction.
- Maintain consistent communication with the audience, responding to comments and messages in a friendly, professional manner.
- Adapt to hybrid work arrangements, meeting deadlines whether working remotely or onsite at the studio.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; active university students or fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger; female candidates only.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; clear articulation and a friendly tone.
- Demonstrated experience as a content creator—personal projects or business‑related portfolios are highly valued.
- Proficiency with Canva, basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush), and photo editing tools.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to discuss ideas openly and receive constructive feedback.
- Self‑discipline to manage time effectively in a hybrid setting and meet a 12‑month contract commitment.
- Willingness to produce a sample piece of content for the selection process at Jogja Art Activity.
