Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations, preventive procedures, and restorative treatments, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized according to strict infection‑control protocols.
- Conduct patient intake, record medical histories, and verify consent forms while providing clear explanations of procedures and post‑treatment care.
- Manage the dental clinic’s inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate stock levels to prevent disruptions in service.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking radiographs, preparing impression materials, and applying topical anesthetics under supervision.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post‑operative instructions, fostering long‑term dental health.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow, especially during high‑volume periods, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Document all procedures accurately in the electronic health record system, adhering to confidentiality and data‑protection standards.
- Participate in continuous quality‑improvement initiatives, including audits, patient satisfaction surveys, and staff training sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment, promptly addressing any hazards or equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Dental Nursing (Perawat Gigi) from a recognized institution.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for dental nursing.
- Both genders may apply; however, the current posting emphasizes a female candidate for cultural alignment.
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously upgrade clinical knowledge.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff.

- Basic proficiency with dental software and electronic health record systems.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
