To support our rapid expansion in key regions—including Bandung, Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Java, Medan, Padang, Palembang, and Balikpapan—we are seeking energetic, talented individuals to join our teaching family as freelance instructors. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to teach either on‑site or online while balancing academic commitments or other personal activities.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for assigned subjects (e.g., Calistung, BTQ, English, Mathematics, Mandarin, and thematic studies).
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both learners and their parents.
- Utilize child‑centered teaching methodologies that promote active participation and critical thinking.
- Prepare interactive learning materials, worksheets, and digital resources that align with curriculum standards.
- Maintain a professional and supportive classroom environment, whether teaching in‑person or via video conference.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and curriculum developers to continuously improve instructional quality.
- Track attendance, submit lesson reports, and adhere to the scheduled teaching hours (08:00‑17:00).
- Stay updated on educational trends, new pedagogical tools, and best practices in private tutoring.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major is acceptable).
- Age range: 19‑27 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant teaching or tutoring experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential, especially for English‑language subjects.
- Demonstrated ability to create fun, age‑appropriate learning materials.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning methods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the capacity to motivate diverse learners.
- Comfort with hybrid work: ability to conduct lessons offline at a student’s location or online via virtual platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and basic home‑office setup for remote teaching.
