This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with office‑based agents and directly engaging potential borrowers who require short‑term cash financing secured by motor vehicle collateral (BPKB). Operating from Monday to Saturday, the Marketing Agent will act as the frontline representative of our brand, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our commitment to transparency, responsible lending, and superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit local agents within targeted office complexes or geographic zones who can refer qualified consumers to our loan platform.
- Prospect and engage individuals seeking immediate cash loans backed by motorbike BPKB, explaining product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
- Conduct thorough credit and income assessments to determine loan eligibility, using established underwriting guidelines and evaluating daily financial needs of applicants.
- Perform on‑site visits to verify residential addresses and gather supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with internal risk controls.
- Enter and update client information accurately in the company‑provided mobile application (WOM), maintaining real‑time data integrity for the underwriting team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute localized promotional campaigns, workshops, and community outreach events.
- Track and report key performance metrics—such as number of agents recruited, loan applications submitted, and conversion rates—to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape product enhancements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, financial services, or agency recruitment.
