Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Karyawan Display to join our full‑time retail team. As a key member of our visual merchandising department, you will help create attractive and organized product presentations that drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience. This position is ideal for candidates who have a keen eye for aesthetics, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and are comfortable with shift work.
Responsibilities
- Set up, arrange, and maintain product displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Ensure that all merchandise is clean, properly labeled, and stocked on the sales floor.
- Conduct regular audits of display areas to verify compliance with visual standards and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with store managers, buyers, and marketing teams to roll out promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Assist customers with product information, provide recommendations, and address any inquiries related to the display areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for displayed items and report any discrepancies to the inventory control team.
- Participate in weekly shift rotations, including early morning, afternoon, and weekend schedules.
- Provide feedback on store layout, lighting, and fixture performance to help optimize the shopping environment.
- Follow health and safety procedures, ensuring that display setups do not create hazards for staff or customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.

- Height of at least 160 cm with a proportionate and healthy weight.
- Professional appearance: neat, well‑groomed, and presentable at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact courteously with customers and colleagues.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of aesthetics and an ability to translate brand concepts into visual displays.
- High attention to detail; meticulous in arranging products and maintaining visual standards.
- Willingness to work a shift system, including Saturdays, with flexible start times.
- Basic understanding of retail store management systems is a plus.
