Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new potential borrowers in the Cirebon area, introducing them to Amartha’s capital‑lending programs.
- Conduct in‑depth household economic assessments to understand borrowers’ income streams, expenses, and repayment capacity.
- Perform on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk criteria, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed recommendation reports for the credit team, highlighting key risk factors and mitigation strategies.
- Manage the full cycle of loan disbursement, including documentation collection, verification, and hand‑over to the finance department.
- Execute regular follow‑up visits to monitor loan utilization, provide financial coaching, and address any repayment challenges.
- Initiate timely collection activities, negotiate repayment plans, and maintain accurate records of all communications with borrowers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—credit, operations, and product development—to relay field insights that help refine Amartha’s offerings.
- Maintain a professional, trustworthy presence in the community, building strong relationships that reinforce Amartha’s brand reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years for flexibility).
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; female applicants are especially encouraged.
- Own reliable motorbike or car for daily field travel.
- Strong personal integrity: honest, meticulous, communicative, resilient, and disciplined.
- Willingness to work in the field every day, adhering to a Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse household heads.
- Basic analytical abilities for evaluating financial data and creditworthiness.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with relevant field exposure are considered.
