Introduction

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing‑sales plans that align with corporate objectives and regional market trends.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to closing.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat (equivalent). Higher education in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales development or marketing, preferably in a B2B or consumer‑focused environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and adapt strategies based on data insights.
