We are expanding our presence in the Duta Bintaro area and are looking for enthusiastic crew members to join our outlet team. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage directly with customers, prepare high‑quality food and beverages, and ensure the outlet operates smoothly throughout each shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to every customer, addressing inquiries and handling orders with professionalism.
- Prepare all menu items—including chicken dishes, side salads, desserts, and beverages—following AB Chicken’s strict quality and safety standards.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process payments, and generate daily sales reports for management review.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by regularly cleaning kitchen equipment, dining areas, and restrooms in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of raw materials to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with teammates during peak hours, ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff.
- Participate in routine health and safety briefings, and promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Support promotional activities and upsell additional menu items to boost outlet revenue.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMP graduates are also considered.
- Age: 22‑30 years (flexible for candidates with the right attitude and experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a fast‑food or hospitality setting, preferably with cash‑handling and food‑preparation duties.
- Residence: Must live in or near Kunciran, Penang, Cipondoh, or surrounding neighborhoods for easy commute.
- Skills: Strong customer‑service orientation, basic culinary abilities, proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to work both shifts and overtime.
- Personal Traits: Honest, hardworking, responsible, and a team player. Must be a practicing Muslim (or respectful of the workplace’s cultural values).
- Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday with schedules to be confirmed during onboarding.
