Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area, including glassware, mixers, and garnish supplies.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer any questions about the menu or promotions.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit‑card payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes, service techniques, and hospitality trends.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar, securing equipment, and completing end‑of‑day paperwork.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18 – 30 years.
