Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staf Administrasi Proyek (MEP) to join our dynamic construction team in Cikokol, Tangerang. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project documentation, schedules, and communications run smoothly, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, with a half‑day on Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will have the opportunity to engage directly on site and in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project deadlines and maintain up‑to‑date schedules to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Prepare, update, and control progress reports, including the creation of S‑curves for visual performance tracking.
  • Handle all project‑related administration and documentation, such as contracts, minutes of meetings, work orders (SPK), and change orders.
  • Maintain an organized filing system—both physical and digital—to ensure easy retrieval of project files.
  • Coordinate the issuance and return of keys, tools, and material inventories on the construction site.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and on‑site personnel to facilitate clear and consistent communication.
  • Conduct site visits when required to verify progress, collect data, and support field staff.
  • Participate actively in project meetings, taking accurate minutes and following up on action items.
  • Assist the project manager in preparing reports for senior management and external clients.
  • Support procurement and logistics by tracking material deliveries and ensuring documentation aligns with project plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any field; technical backgrounds are a plus.
  • Maximum age: 40‑45 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a project administrator within a contractor or construction‑related company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong familiarity with the Accurate accounting/ERP system.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a solid grasp of formal correspondence and proper grammar.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
