This position plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless checkout experiences, handling cash and electronic transactions, and representing our brand with professionalism. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, friendly female professional aged between 18 and 28, who thrives in a dynamic, shift‑based environment and enjoys interacting with a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
- Process both cash and non‑cash sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system and cash register with confidence, ensuring all entries are error‑free.
- Reconcile physical cash with daily sales reports, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
- Provide courteous, professional, and helpful service to every customer, fostering repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer appropriate solutions in a calm manner.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, highlighting key metrics such as total revenue, refunds, and promotional sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cashier area, including regular equipment checks.
- Collaborate closely with floor staff, inventory managers, and supervisors to support overall store operations.
- Assist in training new cashiers by sharing best practices for transaction handling and customer interaction.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and promotional stock placements as needed.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a cashier in a retail environment; additional experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent numerical ability and quick mental arithmetic.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with POS software and basic office applications.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility when handling cash.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to shift schedules (including weekends) and high‑pressure periods such as sales events.
- Customer‑service mindset with a genuine desire to help and resolve issues promptly.
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, typically from 07:30 to 18:15, Monday through Sunday.
- Proactive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to continuously improve personal performance.
