Responsibilities
- Process all forms of payment—including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, QRIS, and mobile wallets—promptly and without error.
- Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring each order is recorded correctly and any discounts or promotions are applied as intended.
- Maintain daily transaction logs, reconcile cash drawers at shift start and end, and prepare end‑of‑day financial reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow to guarantee there are no discrepancies; promptly investigate and resolve any variances.
- Collaborate closely with service staff and kitchen personnel to verify order accuracy, communicate special requests, and expedite order fulfillment.
- Keep the cashier workstation clean, organized, and visually professional, including regular checks of supplies such as receipt paper and change.
- Address payment‑related customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, offering clear explanations and appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in training new cashiers on POS procedures, cash handling policies, and customer service best practices.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts of cash registers, vouchers, and promotional items to support internal audit processes.
- Contribute ideas for improving transaction speed, reducing errors, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a cashier in the food & beverage (F&B) sector is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous work ethic; no tolerance for careless mistakes.
- Honesty and reliability are non‑negotiable; you must be trusted with handling cash and confidential financial data.
- Strong mental arithmetic skills—ability to calculate totals, give change, and balance registers quickly and accurately.
