Introduction
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Casual Waiters in Solo. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. The role offers flexible scheduling from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, allowing you to gain valuable hospitality experience while contributing to a vibrant dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Prepare and set up dining tables, including arranging cutlery, napkins, and condiments according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refill drinks, clear plates, and respond to guest requests with a courteous attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, baristas, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow and handle peak‑hour pressure efficiently.
- Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle cash or electronic transactions in accordance with company policy.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
- Assist in inventory checks, report any shortages or equipment issues, and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Age: Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to work in Indonesia.
- Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred, but motivated newcomers with a strong service mindset are also welcome.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
