Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Tim Operasional to lead our operational team in a fast‑paced hospitality and sport‑management environment. Responsibilities

  • Supervise day‑to‑day operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and service level agreements.
  • Maintain high performance metrics by monitoring key indicators, addressing bottlenecks, and implementing continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Provide professional, courteous service to members, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Manage booking and scheduling systems, guaranteeing accurate allocation of facilities, equipment, and staff resources.
  • Oversee administrative processes such as documentation, reporting, and inventory control, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams—including front‑desk, maintenance, and marketing—to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate junior staff, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth.
  • Adapt work schedules to cover flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet peak demand periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Sport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or operational role within the hospitality or sports industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams to exceed performance goals.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Hands‑on experience with booking systems, advanced spreadsheet functions, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Service‑oriented mindset with a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
