Responsibilities

- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, conduct follow‑ups, and guide prospects through the sales cycle until a signed agreement is secured.
- Present agency services, packages, and unique value propositions in clear, persuasive presentations and pitches.
- Draft, customize, and deliver professional proposals that address each client’s specific needs and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—creative, strategy, and account management—to ensure seamless hand‑off of client briefs and accurate delivery of promised services.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and deal outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads generated, proposals submitted, and closed deals.

Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: D3/S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance with strong personal branding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to persuade and instill confidence in potential clients.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or agency environments; prior exposure to digital agency services is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing services—including social media management, content creation, campaign planning, and branding.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools (DM platforms, WhatsApp Business, email marketing software) and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations, conduct effective pitching, and negotiate contracts.
- Result‑oriented mindset with experience working against targets (leads and deals) and strict deadlines.

- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑16:30, with occasional adjustments for client meetings or events.
