Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in the Banjarnegara region of Jawa Tengah. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our product portfolio to both existing and new customers, managing the order‑to‑cash cycle, and ensuring a seamless credit application process. The position offers a competitive work schedule of Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present the company’s products to existing clients and prospect new customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture.
- Verify customer information, compile necessary documentation, and assist customers in completing credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, liaise with the credit department, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, acceptable payment locations, and any additional relevant details to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, tracking sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including logistics, finance, and after‑sales support—to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to management.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 in any field is preferred.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales or distribution role (new graduates are welcome but experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to negotiate and persuade.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while meeting targets.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for territory visits.
- Flexibility to be placed according to the candidate’s domicile within the Banjarnegara area.
- Proficiency with basic sales analysis tools and quick adaptation to new software platforms.
