Responsibilities
- Operate Bluebird buses or partner‑affiliated taxis (GoCar, GrabCar) safely and comfortably, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations, with a primary focus on airport transfers at Soekarno‑Hatta and other scheduled orders.
- Provide a warm, professional greeting to every passenger, assisting with luggage when needed and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle, reporting any issues promptly and coordinating routine servicing.
- Utilize a smartphone (Android, minimum 6 GB RAM) for navigation, order management, and real‑time communication with dispatch.
- Follow a structured shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 05:00‑17:00) and attend mandatory walk‑in interviews and training sessions.
- Document daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents in the company’s digital logbook.
- Promote Bluebird’s brand values—reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction—through consistent performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 23 and 53 years; candidates older than 54 will not be considered.
- All genders are welcome; however, applicants must not have visible tattoos or piercings that conflict with the company’s uniform policy.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (Category B) with a clean traffic record.
- No prior professional driving experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Ownership of a functional Android smartphone with at least 6 GB RAM for app‑based dispatch and navigation.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a courteous, patient attitude toward passengers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional overtime during peak travel periods.
