Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Dokter Spesialis Penyakit Dalam to join our multidisciplinary medical team. Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality outpatient and inpatient care for adult patients with a wide spectrum of internal medicine conditions, including cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, endocrine, and infectious diseases.
- Conduct thorough patient histories, physical examinations, and order appropriate diagnostic tests, interpreting results to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans, ensuring medication safety, adherence, and regular follow‑up.
- Collaborate with specialists (e.g., cardiology, nephrology, oncology) for multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinated care.
- Participate in hospital rounds, emergency department consults, and on‑call duties as required, maintaining a professional and responsive attitude.
- Educate patients and families about disease processes, preventive strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote long‑term health.
- Mentor medical students, interns, and junior residents, fostering a culture of learning and clinical excellence.
- Contribute to clinical research projects, quality improvement initiatives, and the development of hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and a respectful work environment at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan) – maximum age 35 years.
- Educational background: Minimum a medical degree (all educational levels accepted); possession of an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for physicians.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior professional experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, and a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Optional but advantageous: certification in aesthetic medicine or related procedures.
- Willingness to accept a fixed‑term contract as stipulated by the organization.
- Strong clinical reasoning, problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous medical education.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for documentation and interdisciplinary communication.
