Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Penjualan dan Dukungan Pelanggan to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end sales process, from order receipt to delivery, while providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities
- Close incoming orders promptly, confirming product availability and pricing with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer and order databases, ensuring all information is entered correctly into the ERP system.
- Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, or chat to verify order details, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during processing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners to perform order picking, quality checks, packing, and timely dispatch to customers or couriers.
- Prepare and reconcile daily sales reports, recording revenue, payments received, and outstanding balances.
- Assist the finance department with invoicing, credit notes, and follow‑up on overdue payments.
- Monitor inventory levels related to pending orders and alert the procurement team when stock replenishment is needed.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer trends, common complaints, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share best practices, and propose process enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as specified by company policy.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, document management, and basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling financial records.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with sales, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with common CRM or ERP platforms.
- Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and a customer‑centric approach.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
