We are seeking a motivated Sales Motoris to join our dynamic team covering the Jasinga area. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about motorized transportation, possess strong communication abilities, and are eager to grow within a fast‑moving sales environment. The successful candidate will represent our brand on the ground, building relationships with customers, showcasing our product line, and driving revenue across the designated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers within the Jasinga region using personal motorbike and smartphone tools.
  • Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, close deals, and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Maintain a daily activity log and submit weekly sales reports to the regional manager.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing clients, offering after‑sales support and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions, events, and roadshows.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback to improve product positioning.
  • Ensure proper handling of inventory, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on order fulfillment.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, vehicle maintenance, and professional conduct.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
  • Ability to operate Android smartphones, tablets, or other gadgets for CRM and communication purposes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • High level of self‑motivation, commitment to sales targets, and willingness to work independently.
  • Open to working flexible hours, Monday through Saturday (08:00 – 16:00).
