  • Collaborate with the product team to relay parent insights that can shape future Kumon workbook editions and digital tools.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and emerging digital collaboration platforms to streamline workflow.

Requirements

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
  • Passion for education and a strong desire to empower young families.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrated project‑management abilities; certifications such as PMP are a plus.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and accountable with a proven record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with community‑management tools (e.g., Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups).
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in collaborative team settings.
  • Strong public‑speaking and facilitation skills, comfortable presenting to groups of parents.
  • Open to a flexible schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional after‑hours events.

  • Professional development budget for certifications, workshops, or conferences related to education and community building.
  • Generous paid time off (annual leave, sick leave, and parental leave).
  • Opportunity to work remotely two days per week, supported by a home‑office allowance.
  • Employee wellness program, including gym membership discounts and mental‑health resources.
