Introduction

This role is pivotal in driving the company’s market presence by promoting our suite of financial products to both existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s product portfolio—including vehicle loans, personal financing, and other consumer credit solutions—to existing and new customers.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with channel distribution partners, dealers, and retail outlets to generate high‑quality leads.
  • Collect and input initial customer data, conduct thorough verification, and assemble complete documentation required for credit applications.
  • Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate credit decisions clearly to dealers and customers, explaining approval conditions, repayment schedules, and any additional requirements.
  • Educate customers on payment due dates, authorized payment locations, and other essential information to facilitate smooth loan servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and transactions in the CRM system to support reporting and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit approval process.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Represent Adira Finance at local events, exhibitions, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility and build a pipeline of future customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
  • Age: 30 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or financial services role; fresh graduates with strong internships are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to manage B2C sales cycles, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C (Active).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting weekly and monthly targets.
  • Familiarity with financial products, credit assessment processes, and basic regulatory compliance is a plus.
