Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum and developmental milestones.
- Implement a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Assess student progress through observations, formative assessments, and documentation, providing constructive feedback to children and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and administrative staff to coordinate school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson logs, and classroom inventories.
- Utilize technology and interactive teaching tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Support children with diverse learning needs by adapting instructional strategies and providing individualized assistance.
- Engage parents through regular communication, newsletters, and conferences to discuss student development and address concerns.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and community outreach programs.
- Uphold school policies, health and safety regulations, and best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- Male or female, maximum age of 32 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) is acceptable for Teacher Assistant or Administration Staff positions.
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English proficiency; TOEFL or IELTS certification is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in using educational software and classroom technology.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
