Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing internet provider operating in Pandeglang. In this role, you will be the face of the company in the community, driving customer acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring our broadband services reach every household. Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure collaborations with property owners, RT/RW leaders, and community managers to expand the homepass penetration within assigned territories.
- Execute on‑ground marketing initiatives such as banner installations, T‑banners, spanduk, umbul‑umbul, free hotspot zones, and special events to boost brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Conduct door‑to‑door prospecting, product demonstrations, and consultative sales conversations that highlight the benefits of high‑speed internet for residential and small‑business users.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads in the CRM system, and provide accurate weekly reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Monitor service termination rates, proactively engage at‑risk customers, and collaborate with the customer support team to improve retention.
- Gather competitive intelligence, analyze local market trends, and suggest tactical adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Represent the company at community gatherings, local fairs, and corporate events, delivering professional presentations that reinforce our brand promise.
- Continuously develop personal product knowledge and stay current on emerging telecommunications technologies to better serve customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Management, Communication, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Marketing, International Relations, Information Systems, Business, or Development Economics with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in a product‑focused environment, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse community members.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Proficiency with basic office software and mobile CRM applications; a valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for special events.
