Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions at retail locations, trade shows, and community events.
- Engage customers with friendly, clear, and persuasive communication to drive product awareness and sales.
- Maintain a well‑presented and organized display area, ensuring that promotional materials are stocked and visually appealing.
- Gather customer feedback, record sales data, and report daily activity to the store manager or regional supervisor.
- Collaborate with fellow SPGs and marketing staff to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of promotional items, and handling of sample products.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study to answer customer queries confidently.
- Promote a positive brand image by embodying the company’s core values of honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Travel occasionally to nearby retail outlets and events, ensuring coverage across the Kencong region.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales promotion or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Residence in Kencong or surrounding areas to ensure reliable attendance.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
